Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee policies for staff management.

Coordinate all employment procedures, performance evaluations, promotions and demotions, employee welfare, motivation, training needs, termination processes, and discipline.

Ensure healthy workplace relations and resolve conflicts in accordance with diocesan procedures and national labor laws.

Manage the recruitment and hiring process of new employees.

Promote professional development for staff through training and workshops.
