Introduction

The Projects and Assets Department is one of the five departments under the Council of Planning, Finance, and Administration in the Northern Central Diocese. This department is responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing various social, economic, and service-oriented development projects.

  2. Dispensaries

  4. Schools

Community Projects
  1. Beekeeping and environmental conservation

  2. Houses for artisans and widows

  3. Other community-based initiatives

All economic projects serve as investments at different levels within the Diocese. The overall goal of these projects is to fulfill the mission of our Diocese, which is to serve people spiritually, physically, and mentally.

Department Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with deaneries, parishes, and institutions within the Diocese to design and implement economic and social service projects in their respective areas.

  • Supervising and reporting on diocesan-wide joint church projects.

  • Providing updates on projects funded locally and internationally.

  • Establishing effective systems for stakeholder participation in project development and sustainability.

  • Formulating policies according to needs.
